In depth
Verdict
Sporting Press had jumping problems between the flags and was beaten a long way at Ayr on his debut under Rules. LEOSTAR showed the benefit of a run here in January with a much better effort at Catterick and normal progress should see him in the firing-line. Colby showed some potential on his debut here in November and didn't enjoy softer conditions at Sedgefield later. Macardle didn't show much in two starts in Ireland but has a fine pedigree for jumping and Philip Kirby will get the best from him.
