In depth

Verdict

Glenora Gale won at Sedgefield in August but is generally worth opposing while Streams Of Whisky has something to prove having been pulled up when trying to double up at Kelso last time. IMPERIAL VIC finished fifth in that race and got off mark over today's C&D next time, winning by six lengths with Ifyouthinkso a distant fourth. The runner-up is a good yardstick and Michael Smith's charge can improve again to land this. Mount Hope didn't show much on his hurdles bow at Bangor but is another with scope.
