In depth

Verdict

AUBIS WALK won a point at Quakerstown a year ago and went for £120,000 at the sales. She couldn't hold off the well-regarded Burn The Evidence on her hurdling debut at Perth in April but looks the one to beat. Bents Hollow followed a moderate point-to-point debut with a comfortable victory in what looked a poor mares' maiden at Inchydoney and has joined Donald McCain. Neither Tangiers nor stable companion Melchoir have shown enough to be considered.
