Verdict

JACOB BLACK has plenty of weight to deal with but he's in rattling good form with three wins from his last four starts and yet to be out of the first four since rejoining Keith Dalgleish seven starts back. A course and distance winner, he has conditions to suit. It's Never Enough remains a potential improver but doesn't appear notably well treated and Smugglers Creek could emerge as the main danger, especially if repeating the level of his Ayr success on his penultimate start. He still looks on a reasonable mark. Donnelly's Rainbow is far better off with the selection compared to when they met recently and should get closer, whilst Gabrial The Tiger would have a claim if finding something like his previous best.
