In depth

Verdict

Northern Society is the only previous course winner in the line-up and she is starting to slip down the weights again. Rangefield Express has placed three times this year, including once over track and trip, and drops another pound but is closely matched with Newgate Angel on Beverley running so this looks a good opportunity for INDIAN PURSUIT (NAP) as he is now 12lb than his last winning mark and wasn’t headed until well inside the final furlong over a slightly longer trip at Bath last week. Amazing Alba appears well drawn but last month’s course and distance second is now 0-18.
