        Verdict

        First Fast Now has the best form of the two with experience after going close over C&D last time. He sets the standard, but it's not a very high one and LOWTHERWOOD could be good enough on his debut. He's a half-brother to seven winners, including the high-class speedster Reverence, and Bryan Smart's colt is preferred to Hot Sugar, who cost connections £30,000 at the sales only last month. Burnwynd Spirit and Mantuana will probably be seen in a better light over longer trips in the future.
