        Verdict

        A winner over 1m5f at Hamilton, Voice From Above was less than convincing when attempting this longer trip at Catterick last month and LONGSHADOW makes more appeal despite his penalty. The latter won over 2m at Thirsk earlier in the week and Joey Haynes' 3lb claim makes his task that much easier in this lower grade. Mason Hindmarsh is a rare winner nowadays but regularly makes the frame and the last time Spruzzo got his head in front was in the 2012 renewal of this contest.
