      Ayr winner Three Castles would undoubtedly have preferred a softer surface and may also have stamina limitations. Cuba Ruba’s best efforts have also come on ground with some give, though the latter did finish well ahead of Myklachi at Thirsk. MAGREVIO also beat Myklachi last time, when second at Ripon, and Liam Bailey’s charge could go one better here with French import Exchequer having a first run for Lucinda Russell and upped in trip.
