        Verdict

        BLUE ANTARES returned a clear three-length winner at Ripon and can shrug off a rise in the weights now he’s got his head in front. Graces Quest finished closer in an amateurs’ race at Ayr while A Shining Moon has had a couple of outings over hurdles since winning a maiden race over 1m2f at Pontefract early in the year. Golden Valour has placed over the latter trip but still hasn’t won on Turf in 24 attempts.
