Verdict
ROYAL REVEILLE has the call here on official ratings and the fact that he's very much on the upgrade is a massive bonus. Ted Walsh's charge has enjoyed the cut in the ground for victories at Roscommon and Galway but he ran well on good going at Punchestown previously and provided conditions don't firm up he should have little trouble completing a hat-trick. Derinlaur has shown a little promise over fences recently and has won a bumper on this track though he would prefer much softer conditions. Larkwing, a Grade 3 winner over hurdles back in 2008, alternates between fences and timber these days and has run poorly on his only two starts this year after a long break with the same remark also applying to Island Oscar, who finished last at Killarney on his latest start.
