Verdict
Henry De Bromhead won this last year and SIZING GRANITE can repeat the process on his reappearance. The winner of all completed starts over fences, he excelled himself when taking the Grade 1 Maghull Novices' Chase at Aintree and looks to have a big future. Willie Mullins is represented by Alelchi Inois and Devils Bride with Ruby Walsh electing to stick with the former, who gave him an excellent ride when a close second in a very strong Grade 2 at Gowran a month ago with his stablemate around 17l behind. The former hasn't always been consistent but at his best would be a real threat, especially if the going remains good. Azorian was beaten almost five lengths by Devils Bride at Limerick while the novice King of The Picts was having only his second start over fences when scoring at Fairyhouse and this looks a tough test.
