The two previous winners of this have started long odds-on so the market should prove the best guide. Nina Carberry's presence on CHAMPOLEON suggests her mount is the pick of the Noel Meade pair ahead of Rock Of Glenstal and, as he's a half-brother to a winning bumper, he can make a successful start. Sarwistan is by Nayef out of a 1m1f winner so shouldn't lack for either pace or stamina while West Montan is out of a mare who won over 7f. But the biggest threat may emerge in the shape of Kallerina, a son of Kalanisi out of a winning bumper from the family of Solerina.
