Verdict

IVANOVICH GORBATOV had a brilliant first campaign over timber, landing the Triumph Hurdle from Apple's Jade before finding the runner-up too strong in championship races at Aintree and Punchestown. He's won first time back previously so the lack of a recent run shouldn't pose any problems. De Plotting Shed has made great strides since stepping up in trip and has comfortably scored over 2m6f at Navan and Thurles in recent weeks while Jezki's half-brother Jett was very highly tried after making a successful hurdling bow at Leopardstown in February. All Souls looks the type to win a decent handicap when the going eases.
