Verdict

Lyreen Legend followed a fine run behind the classy Unaccompanied on this track with a comfortable success over the odds-on Jenari at Navan and is looking a very nice prospect. He'll be difficult to beat but DEDIGOUT has looked a potentially useful performer in both starts over timber and can continue his winning streak. He had Mart Lane behind at Navan last time and, though the latter is also a bright prospect, he's unlikely to turn the tables. Monksland was the very easy winner of a bumper on his debut under Rules before landing the odds in a maiden over hurdles at Navan but will need to make strong progress to get involved here as will Owega Star, well beaten in a Grade 3 last time.
