    In depth

Algonquin scored over 7f at Dundalk and 1m2f at the Curragh so this trip should hold no terrors. After two runs on Polytrack, NINGXAI went to Cork in May and defied trouble in running to land a maiden over this trip. He makes his handicap debut and can make a successful start. Mufrad was sent into the lead at this trip when tackling an extra two furlongs at Down Royal and just held on from Von Shaick, who has run well subsequently. He looks a threat as does Back On Top, who has competed at a higher level over further since scoring over this trip at Limerick in April.
