Verdict

BLEU BERRY, a winning bumper in France, beat a huge field of maidens in testing ground at Fairyhouse last month in the style of a potentially smart performer. He should have the edge over stable companion Riven Light but Minella Till Dawn looks a different proposition. He's a real staying type who will be suited by the ground having stayed on very strongly over 2m4f at Fairyhouse in December. Mark Walsh rides him and he was on board when the same owner's Outspoken won easily here last month after chasing home Cheltenham hope Bunk Off Early at Leopardstown.
