In depth

Verdict

Tuckmill gained his only victory over the course and distance but burst a blood vessel when well supported at Fairyhouse in February. Banada Bridge was placed three times over this trip in the autumn and did not stay 2m4f at Wexford last time. After a fair run at Limerick, Go Gill Go started favourite at Clonmel but a bad mistake put paid to her chances. Man River was making his handicap debut when showing his first sign of ability at Wexford where he would have finished much closer but for a couple of mistakes. IVANE has failed to build on a battling victory at Galway though found 2m5f too far at Tramore so gets another chance. Maimie‘s Magic was in double-winning form around this time last year and looked on the way back at Navan last month.
