Michael O'Hare sent BALE O'SHEA to Wetherby for his debut over fences and the six-year-old came home in good style. He fell on his only subsequent outing at Roscommon but returns to action at the right end of the handicap over timber and gets the vote. Dusty Trail has won three of his last four starts, two of them on the Flat, and each time he has just prevailed. He's in tremendous heart at present and an 8lbs rise since his last hurdling success shouldn't prevent another big run. The four-year-old Politeo may find taking on his elders tough but Tilabay has been running very well at a decent level and looks a major threat under Paul Townend.
