Aidan O'Brien muddies the water here with three entries. Dewdrop finished last on her debut at the Curragh but still started favourite at Tipperary where she didn't impress. Eavesdrop is a half-sister to the Group 1 winning sprinter Kingsgate Native but has no fancy entries this season unlike Etched, who is in the Fillies' Mile and out of a mare who has produced winners with her first two foals to race. Dermot Weld has two runners with Kalisma, the mount of Pat Smullen, probably more of a prospect for next season on breeding though certain to be tuned up for this. CEOL AN GHRA came up against a potentially-useful filly in Zalfana at the Curragh and looked like winning until tiring close home over that 7f trip. That was on fast going but today's conditions and shorter trip should be ideal and she can go one better. Rose of Tralee, who made a promising start behind Tanaza at Leopardstown in June, looks best of the remainder.
