Plenty of entries but few to be interested in. Winning bumper KOLUMBUS would have been expected to have lost his maiden tag by now but fell on his debut and has found one too good on his two subsequent starts. He doesn't look to have too much to do and should finally get off the mark. Winning point-to-pointer Drumconnor Lad has done well in bumpers and this is much more likely to be his game while Never Off Duty made an impressive start between the flags at Dromahane and his trainer does well with similar types. Giant Spirit showed improved form to chase home Bon Papa at Gowran but would need more here.
