Verdict

KEEP ON TRACK jumped well and stayed on strongly when scoring at Down Royal and is taken to defy a 6lb rise. However, whether he would have beaten Five O'Clock Tea if the latter hadn't been brought down is a matter of conjecture. Tony Martin's charge was due to run at Leopardstown yesterday but, if taking his place here, would have to be respected. Runner-up Reality Dose, third-placed West Council and the fourth White Arm all ran well in that Down Royal event and the latter, in particular, has the scope to do better. Mr Cosmopolitan did well between the flags and gained his first success under Rules at Clonmel where he battled on to beat Deano. He's not badly treated, despite a big weight, and should get into the frame.
