A hugely-competitive field for this nice prize with Gordon Elliott having seven runners and Willie Mullins four. The Jam Man won this in 2019 and has also scored over fences here and on the Flat at York. He was a long way behind Elliott's Sassy Yet Classy at Punchestown last month but it wouldn't be a surprise if the places were reversed. The latter had Dallas Des Pictons three lengths back in second at Punchestown with De Name Escapes Me, third in this a year ago, back in fourth after being badly impeded by a faller. Davy Russell rides Duffle Coat for Elliott and he is unbeaten in four starts over hurdles and fit from the Flat, while Danny Mullins probably had the pick of the Mullins quartet and has gone for the 2020 Triumph Hurdle winner BURNING VICTORY.
