Verdict
A poor maiden in which SAM LORD'S CASTLE is taken to recoup a fraction of his 550,000gns yearling price despite looking very moderate to date. The son of Galileo has shown little in his two starts to date but there is probably some improvement in him and the opposition is weak. Soul Train hasn't run for over two years and is likely to need the run but Casimir Road ran well enough when totally unfancied at Leopardstown to suggest he won't be far away with normal improvement. Ajiaal and Mountain Woman are both beautifully bred fillies who could do with a victory for the paddocks but neither has shown anything so far.
