Verdict

The return to action of last year's Grand National hero Tiger Roll adds sparkle to an interesting contest though he'll be warming up for another crack at the cross-country race at Cheltenham, which he also won last year, and the Aintree spectacular. Off You Go deserves a step-up to this grade having won four handicaps in just over a year. He doesn't have too much to find as he was conceding 5lb to Jezki in the Ladbroke at Leopardstown a fortnight ago. Coquin Mans landed a Fairyhouse Grade 2 in April but has been well beaten in three subsequent starts though two were at the highest level. BACHASSON, five times a winner over hurdles, completed a hat-trick over fences before falling in last year's Gold Cup. He reappeared over timber at Punchestown on New Year's Eve and had few problems seeing off Darasso and gets the vote though Cracking Smart looked a fine prospect when a close second to Next Destination in a Naas Grade 1 last January and is very much better than he showed on his reappearance at Leopardstown.
