Verdict

Swelltime scored over hurdles at Kilbeggan in July and on the Flat here last month and Jody Townend is a very positive booking. Hearts Are Trumps has generally performed at a much higher level than this after landing a Grade A handicap at Fairyhouse last spring. Ardamir won a claiming hurdle at Ballinrobe last month but had earlier been six lengths behind TULLYPOLE ANNIE on the same track and the latter, very experienced for a four-year-old, subsequently ran a cracking race at Galway. She gets the nod though Sligo maiden winner Daisy Dufresne has been consistent and Sarah Kavanagh's claim puts her on a nice mark.
