Verdict

LALIPOUR is a tentative selection in a tricky handicap. He's only had three starts over hurdles, showing little, but he improved on the Flat during the summer and won here so he could be well in for his handicap debut. Ensel Du Perche just failed to get up in a Naas maiden last month then fell at the first on his chasing bow at Punchestown on Sunday but Bitsandpieces ran very well over fences at Clonmel and reverts to hurdles on a 9lb lower mark. Satin Sun's close second at Tramore puts her in the frame while the veteran Arctic Skipper has won twice over fences here.
