Verdict
Pop Star started favourite for a Curragh maiden earlier this month but couldn't find extra after being up with the pace. SIOUX SPIRIT was narrowly beaten into third that day after leading two furlongs out and normal progress can see her get off the mark. Polar Bear led for a long way over the track and trip last time but had no answer when the winner quickened while Drunk In Love finished almost last in a lucrative Naas sales race after a three-length second to Meditate at the Curragh. Carlotta has had a long break since finishing second at Dundalk in April and has changed stables.
