In depth

Verdict

Helens Vision, Pasco and Donaldson look the three to focus on here with Donaldson given the vote. Helens Vision wasnt out of the first two in four bumper attempts before finishing a creditable fourth behind Turbo Linn in the mares' final at Aintree. That run of form included a decisive win from the useful Snap Tie. She is obviously talented and looks a threat to all. Jonjo O'Neill and Tony McCoy team up with the German bred Donaldson who finished up winning two Listed races on the Flat in Germany. He is a classy recruit to the jumping game and can take this. Paul Nicholls saddles Pasco, winner of two races in eleven starts in France on the level. He is sure to be well prepared for his jumping bow but may find his rivals too speedy. Donaldson looks the one to be on.
