Verdict
Irish point-to-point winner Lock Out won a bumper at Newton Abbot on his debut for David Pipe while Ballinrobe bumper winner Hansard has switched yards subsequently. BOOM BOOM was no match for Leave Of Absence when runner-up in a bumper at this track back in April. But the latter went on to win over hurdles at Ascot a few days ago and Nicky Henderson’s yard has won two of the previous five renewals.
