Verdict

Gimlet followed up a second at Lingfield with a third over a longer trip at Wetherby and should be thereabouts again. Muaither is consistent and should find a race sooner rather than later, though has ground to make up on Molten Gold. Admiral's Sunset may do better now upped in trip and is another to consider while Cliffs Of Dover finished ahead of Elocution at Bath, though there shouldn't be much between them on today's revised terms. DUCK A L'ORANGE showed improved form to finish second in a bunch finish at Leicester last time. A 2lb weight rise hasn't done him any favours but further progress will see him go close here.
