Verdict

Voltaic has shown his best form at Wolverhampton this season but has won on Turf. FRANCISCO BAY’s third at Carlisle was a step back in the right direction and Ed De Giles’ charge is well treated nowadays so might be a bit of value in this. Fascinating Lips was only beaten a length by subsequent winner Pillars Of Earth at Lingfield at the end of last year and is 5lb better off but Emraan tries a new trip on reappearance and Daphne May still has stamina to prove. Tynwald probably needs further.
