Verdict
The form of Gold Sands' second at Haydock hasn't worked out as well as expected but she stepped up on that with a fair run in a Listed contest over this track and trip. La Boheme looked a certain future winner when just beaten at Sandown and started odds-on at Salisbury but didn't enjoy the soft ground. Journey has been unlucky not to lose her maiden tag having been beaten narrowly twice but Tidal Moon finished a long way last when stepped up to Listed company at Lingfield. The three newcomers are all beautifully bred for middle-distances and the market could tell us more about their chances but it's PRINCESSOFTHESTARS, a Sea The Stars half-sister to the useful Ice Queen, who gets the vote to make a successful start.
