        Joe Luke (IRE) Two well-spaced solid efforts this year over fences give him an excellent chance of giving weight all round; seems suited by most surfaces.

        Brambly Hedge Nice run on reappearance and if improving on that effort and translating his hurdle form he should have every chance.

        Tantivy Bay (IRE) Completed a chase on only one occasion and hurdles form was nothing special; best watched today.

        Genetic Faces a tough task on his chase debut and others preferred here.

        Coastguard (IRE) Solid effort last time out at Kempton when he seemed to improve for step up in trip; likely to run well but find a couple too good.

        Count Von Knockagh (IRE) Fell when favourite in decent contest at Kempton last time out; obviously well thought of and rates a decent chance here if fall has not 'knockaghed' his confidence.

        Sir Toby (IRE) Another who fell recently at Kempton; had previously shown ability but could struggle off today's mark.

        Maybeseven Generally consistent but general level of form below what is required to win this event.

        Good Looking Guy Has some Hunter Chase form but needs to improve on that to get his head in front today.

        Just Adam Trainer in woeful form and step up in trip not sure to suit; best watched although last appearance was encouraging.

        Four Mile Clump Well beaten third on chase debut and likely to struggle today unless showing marked improvement.
