Verdict

Fix It Right disappointed on a return visit to Doncaster last time, as did Top Billing while Master Butcher was beaten more than 30 lengths at Ludlow on his latest start. Mister Newby has the past form to figure, however, and Fountains Mary won over this trip at Taunton in February but in-form stablemate Solstice Son and Royal Palladium were both entered for the same race at Chepstow yesterday. DUNDEE looked as though his turn wasn't far away when an improved fourth over this trip at Doncaster last month. The handicapped has dropped him a pound since and Alan King's gelding can come home in front of Huntingdon runner-up Thomas Junior and the others, though Aviador looked unlucky in a small race at Huntingdon last week.
