In depth
Verdict
Albishr did well to get up late on at Haydock on debut and will surely improve again. However, the concession of weight to some promising types may prove too much and Godolphin's Dark Angel colt, STAGE MAGIC (NAP) is taken to go one better than when showing abundant promise at Haydock, coming home in sweeping style after running green to only go down by a neck. He'll have learnt plenty from that experience and should go very close. Mosalim and Metatrons Cube need to improve quite considerably on debut efforts but could well do so, whilst the likes of Elsaakb, He's Amazing and Universal Command all hail from high-class yards who have introduced quality sorts here in the past in a maiden that should deliver many a clue for the future.
