Verdict
Meteoroid may not have achieved much in beating the luckless Captain Bob at Warwick but is open to further improvement. Malachim Mist ran well for a long way in a valuable sales race at Doncaster last time and is worth a second look while Master Carpenter chased home the impressive Braidley on Town Moor and beat Malachim Mist at Pontefract in May. BOW CREEK's run at York was too bad to be true. He'll have a better chance of dominating this relatively small field and could take some pegging back if in the same mood as when making all at Chester. The remainder probably need to improve to take a hand in the finish.
