Verdict
Solent Gateway won on faster going over 2m at Chester while Thunder Ahead scored at Wolverhampton last time and Aggagio won a seller at Goodwood. Secret Shadow makes more appeal on her victory over a similar trip to today’s at Nottingham but the ground remains in favour of DOWNSMAN. The latter was winning on heavy going for the second time this year when successful at Leicester and there should be more to come over this longer trip. Oman may prove best of the rest.
