ALYSSA made a promising start when runner-up at Ascot last month, finishing just ahead of the more exposed Bay of St Malo. Ralph Beckett won this with the high-class Secret Gesture back in 2012 and his filly can follow suit. Khaleesy was not beaten far on her debut at Newmarket but jockey bookings suggest stablemate and newcomer Natural Beauty is preferred while both Last Tango Inparis and Tuolumne Meadows showed up well on their respective debuts and could be thereabouts. The newcomers will need to be above average to land this with Rock Opera preferred to High Hopes.
