      Verdict

      CARIBOU makes his handicap debut having won a novices' race in heavy going at Goodwood and a line through the third Twilight Heir gives Denis Coakley’s colt the beating of Imperium Blue. The latter made a winning handicap debut in soft ground at York while Bella Notte has form in testing conditions having gone close at Yarmouth last time. Twaasol has been competing in Pattern company without success but is preferred to Mahaamel and Et Tu Brute on his earlier form on good ground.
