Verdict
Mighty Moose should appreciate the drop in class here but as he is yet to categorically prove that he stays three miles, we will plump instead for Alfadora ahead of Bosham Mill. The selection is likely to appreciate the step back up in trip having run fairly well last time out over shorter at Cheltenham. The quicker pace on that day put more pressure on his jumping which let his down at times but with this likely to be run at a slightly more sedate pace, a big run can be expected. Notanothernortherndonkey was still in with every chance when falling last time out at Ludlow and this is his time of year so a big run can be expected, along with Nougat De L'Isle who is very consistent. Yaboya has been consistently bad of late but as he was a decent hurdler he should not be written off just yet, whilst Mambo Des Mottes is likely to have improved for his recent run. It's Crucial has place claims at least once again, however in an open race it is Alfadora who receives the nomination.
