Verdict

Rebecca Curtis’ pair, Tinkers Hill Tommy and Wayfinder, have differing profiles but both are near the foot of the weights and are worth a market check. Cobolobo boasted decent form on soft going last season while Innisfree Lad ran right up to his best when third at Kelso. Crypto remains unexposed and will strip fitter for a close third at Bangor but a further step in trip seems certain to suit GERICAULT ROQUE, whose Chepstow second has worked out well with the winner scoring again on Boxing Day off a 10lb higher mark. The four-year-old Saint Palais was the subject of a huge gamble at Wetherby and never gave supporters a moment’s worry but this will be a biggest test of his credentials raised 10lb.
