Verdict

Those with form look vulnerable to a host of newcomers of which Baronessa is sure to be popular representing the unparalleled team with juveniles of Hannon and Hughes and the Royal Applause filly is likely to go well. The market is a useful guide in these affairs and White Vin Jan, from the first crop of useful sprinter Hellvelyn is one to note in the betting exchanges. Azure Amour and Secret Spirit are others to make some appeal on paper but the choice is FREE TO LOVE. Charles Hills is not exactly banging in the winners at the moment but his filly has a pedigree brimful of speed being by Equiano, a Group 1 winner expertly handled by father Barry, out of a Piccolo mare. Hopefully she can live up to that pace-laced breeding first time up.
