Verdict
Bygones Of Brid finished runner-up in the Scottish Champion Hurdle when last seen at the track in 2011. It remains to be seen if he retains that ability and CROWNING JEWEL looks a safer bet. The latter beat three previous winners when scoring at Haydock recently and can follow up despite a 6lb rise in the weights. Jet Master has been running well of late without threatening to get his head in front but Corkage is not out of this with a conditional taking 7lb off his back. The remaining trio have all slipped down the weights without showing any improvement for it but Rumble of Thunder may prove best of them.
