Verdict

IMPERIAL FORCE finished third in the Norfolk Stakes at Royal Ascot last year. He was beaten twice subsequently but should have too much speed for these if a first-time visor has the desired effect. Havagomecca ran green at Hamilton last July and has been given plenty of time to mature while Miss Seafire appears to be improving with experience but a bigger danger may be the speedily-bred State of Play, whose half-sister Jamaheery made a winning debut as a juvenile.
