Fifth Position and Dark Vision faced stiff tasks in valuable handicaps at the end of last year and there was little between them in the Cambridgeshire in September. Both will find life easier at this level while Danny Tudhope prefers Firmament to So Beloved though neither look favourably handicapped and the same can be said of Sandret, who scored over 1m2f at Doncaster in September. Raydiance has recorded all four wins so far over shorter trips but Kempton winner Sir Busker has a shout off his current mark as does IRREVERENT. A progressive three-year-old winning three of last year’s eight outings including a winning seasonal debut, Richard Fahey’s charge should make a bold bid on first outing on the all-weather.
