Velma has placed in a handicap here and is weighted to beat Paycheck, who also placed over track and trip when third on her reappearance. But IRIS BUD finished a couple of lengths behind a winner rated 82 at Chelmsford on her debut and the Gosden filly looks to have every chance on that form with normal progress. Gumra may improve for this longer trip while Dulcima is related to no less than seven winners, including the useful Strut, and At Ease is a half-sister to the same amount of winners in North America.
