Chase The Ace looks the type to land a race of this nature and gets the vote ahead of Supreme Charter and Penny Whisper. Tim Easterby's gelding has shown plenty of promise in all his races to date. His most recent effort when he finished just three lengths behind Sounds Simla makes very good reading and off his mark today should go close. Penny Whisper ran well in tough seller at York last time and is not overburdened for her handicap debut. Supreme Charter comes here in hot form having easily taken care of today's rival Tallyhobye at Musselburgh. He looks the progressive type and should confirm that running at today's weights. Blushing Hilary has shown bits and pieces of form and may do best of the others, however Chase The Ace looks the pick of the handicap today and gets the verdict.
