    Verdict

    Caraline began her winning run here in November and is now 41lb higher. She only scrambled home at Wetherby to complete her four-timer and the assessor may have got to her. DE VOUS A MOI looks the better option as he's also been in superb form winning three times and finishing runner-up in two more in his last five starts. He's 28lb higher than when gaining his first success a year ago but went up just 3lb for his latest victory at Wetherby where he was left clear at the last. He would probably have won anyway so is still looking on a fair mark. Special Catch has run his last three races here, scoring early last month but then running poorly three weeks later. Edmund is back on the same mark as when last successful but that was almost two years ago.
