        Verdict

        This is no better than the previous division. Mr Potter won at Chelmsford early in the year but hasn’t raced since March while though State Residence scored over 6f at Redcar last month he never figured under a penalty last time. Jack Blane has been thereabouts recently but came up short again at Musselburgh last week so a chance is taken that COOL STRUTTER rediscovers the form that saw him land this race last year off a 5lb higher mark.
