    Verdict

Bobby Shaft finished last in a handicap at Beverley on his reappearance but has a shout on last year’s placed efforts in novice company while Legal Reform has switched yards after three starts in Ireland without threatening. Paycheck was placed on the all-weather last year and returns to action but a chance is taken on WETHER FELL, who faded in the closing stages when finishing third over a mile at Thirsk on his debut with this shorter trip likely to suit. Hoylake and Palo Santo are newcomers to note for any significant support.
